Nereus is heading west from Marmaris, Turkey. She may be viewed by arrangement at a convenient port or marina. * * * * * Marmaris is at the centre of the finest cruising area of the Mediterranean, increasingly recognised as much superior to the western Med. It is also one of the best ports for marine services and supplies, and very much cheaper than the EU. An excellent place to get work done. The marina is modern, comfortable, and extremely well equipped, a recommended base. The airport serving Marmaris is Dalaman, with large numbers of daily flights from Northern Europe throughout the summer.
